When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days and are shipped out the beginning of each week.

Is there someone I can talk to about my order?

What is your return policy?

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your Hub of Nantucket purchase.   If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your unworn or unused items for a prompt refund or exchange.  Refunds for items returned within seven days upon delivery will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges.)  Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of package.   If you would like to cancel your order you can do so provided the item has not been shipped. Please call our Nantucket location at 508-325-0200 to cancel an order. All shipping charges are at the expense of the purchaser.   Merchandise must be unopened and in it’s original form.

*Please note that our Nantucket location's return policy is not the same as our online shop.  Nantucket Location Return Policy: We gladly accept returns and exchanges for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 7 days of purchase with receipt.   Merchandise must be in its original form. 

Do you ship internationally?

We apologize for any inconvenience, but at this time we only ship within the United States.  

Do you sell Gift Cards?

We offer Gift Cards to be used at our Nantucket location at 31 Main Street ONLY! It’s the perfect gift for that year round islander, summer resident or vacationer. At this time, we do not offer gift cards for our online store.

What are your store hours?

Hours change seasonally, but we open at 7am - 7 days a week. However, NOW you can shop ONLINE 24 hours a day 7 days a week for all of the great Hub gifts and accessories.
